Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase. There is a $40 restock fee. (Shipping charge from Italy)

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new unused condition. The item must also be in the original packaging.

**Please do not send any returns without prior authorization**

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if the return was approved or denied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

The only way a return would be denied would be if there were clear signs of use/customer damage.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you sent a return and haven’t received a refund, first check your PayPal account again.

Then contact PayPal and ask the representative if they see the refund pending.  If not, please email us at info@italianurns.com

 

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded the purchasing price.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@italianurns.com and we will provide further instruction.
